I wanted to love this

Being a Calgary native I loved the idea of supporting local and creating something I have seen a million times in person. However, they provide just barely enough (or in some cases not enough) thread to do the job. There is no way to create neat edges when the thread is barely long enough.

Each of our kits is stitched 2–3 times from start to finish during the design process, and threads are carefully measured with a reasonable extra included. When the recommended strand count and techniques outlined in our instruction booklet are followed, there is sufficient thread to complete the design. Some of the most common reasons for running short on thread include stitching with more strands than recommended, crowding or overlapping stitches, or using techniques not mentioned in our instructions. We always want our customers to feel supported, and we’re happy to help and answer questions when customers reach out to us directly. Thank you again for your feedback.

Gorgeous Pattern!

This is a beautiful pattern. I love how everything comes in the kit including the fabric, hoop, & thread. Just wish the pattern was already transferred on the fabric.

Beautiful and great for beginners!

I'm a complete beginner and this was my first embroidery ever! The instructions were clear, there was more than enough thread supplied, and it was much more straight forward than I expected it to be. I had a lot of fun slowly learning how to get my stitches even and parallel. It took me quite a while, and I made little mistakes all over but the design is rather forgiving and I'm overall quite proud of my piece! The colors look just like the product photos and I will be back again to try another one of these beautiful designs. Thank you for putting this kit together for a newbie like me! :)
