Shipping Policy

We currently ship to Canada, the United States, Australia, and New Zealand.

All orders are shipped from Calgary, Alberta, Canada, within 1–2 business days of receiving payment.

CANADA

Shipping

Please refer to the drop-down menu at checkout for live shipping rates from the available carriers. You can choose the shipping option that best suits your needs.

Enjoy free shipping when you order 2 or more embroidery kits or spend over $100 CAD.

Our Standard flat-rate shipping option is a tracked parcel, with the following estimated delivery times:

Alberta: 1–2 business days
Other provinces and territories: 2–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the carrier.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available in Deer Run (SE Calgary). Once your order is ready, we'll send you an email with pickup instructions.

Please note: Local pickup may not appear as an option when using accelerated checkout methods such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, or PayPal. To select local pickup, please use the regular checkout process.

UNITED STATES

Orders to the United States are shipped via USPS and its shipping partners. All parcels include tracking.

Standard DDP Shipping

We offer flat-rate shipping of $12 USD using a Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) service.

Estimated delivery time: 5–8 business days
Tracking: Included
Duties and taxes: Included in the shipping service

With DDP shipping, all applicable duties and taxes are covered. You won't be charged any additional customs fees, duties, or taxes upon delivery.

The price you pay at checkout is the final price, with no unexpected import charges when your order arrives.

AUSTRALIA & NEW ZEALAND

We offer several shipping options to Australia and New Zealand. All available shipping methods and rates are displayed in the drop-down menu at checkout.

Free International Shipping

Enjoy free shipping when you order 2 or more embroidery kits or spend over $100 CAD.

Qualifying orders are shipped via International Tracked Package, with an estimated delivery time of 10–27 business days.

Other available shipping methods and rates can be selected at checkout.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees are the responsibility of the buyer and may be collected upon delivery. We cannot guarantee whether these charges will apply, as they depend on the destination country's customs regulations.
