Shipping policy

All orders are shipped from Calgary, Alberta, Canada, within 1-2 business days after payment is received.

We currently ship to Canada, the USA, Australia, and New Zealand.

FREE SHIPPING

We offer free shipping on all orders over $100 (CAD) or when you purchase two or more kits:

  • Canada-wide: Standard Ground with tracking (2–8 business days)
  • USA: USPS Ground with tracking (5–8 business days)
  • International: International Tracked (10-27 estimated business days)

CANADA

"Lettermail - No Box" Free Shipping
This option is available in Canada only. You will receive all the materials included in the kit, except for the box. Everything is packed into an envelope and shipped via Canada Post Lettermail without a tracking number. Note: We do not recommend this option if you are purchasing our kits as gifts.

Local Pickup
Local pickup is available in Deer Run (SE Calgary).

Important: Local pickup will not appear as an option when using accelerated checkout methods like Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, or PayPal. Please select regular checkout to enable the local pickup option.

USA

Orders to the USA are shipped via USPS and its partners, with tracking included, at a flat rate of $10.

For additional shipping options, such as Express Post or Priority, please check the drop-down menu with live prices from available carriers.

Customs and Duties

As Section 321 (de minimis entry) remains in place, we continue to ship items from Canada to the U.S. duty-free with shipment retail value of $800 USD or less.

Please note that any international taxes or duty fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Customs or import duties may be charged once the package reaches its destination country. Unfortunately, we cannot predict or guarantee whether additional taxes will apply.

AUSTRALIA AND NEW ZEALAND

Orders to Australia and New Zealand can be shipped using various options. All available shipping methods and rates can be seen in the drop-down menu when placing your order.
